What do I need to do before placing an order?
It is recommended that you read the terms and conditions of this website and be familiar with what you are ordering. If you have questions, please contact our customer service.
Do I need to register to place an order?
Preferably, as the website stores your user details such as address and past orders in its database. This will save you time when your re-order.We do not store credit card information.
How do I place an order?
Easy, after registering and logging in just click on the applicable product menu from the HOME page ( the patch ) and it will take you to our product selections where you can add it to you shopping cart. Here you can choose from Boys and Girl patterned patches or gender neutral ones also post surgical patches. Clicking on these categories will then present you with a selection of patch types and then sizes. After choosing your size and quantity either continue shopping or press CART. This will then take you to your shopping cart where you can complete your transaction. You can also add comments to your order if you are unsure about what size or type you are ordering.
Is "the EyePatch" checkout secure?
Yes, when you checkout you will notice that the address bar changes to "https://" which means that you have entered a section of the site that is protected by a security certificate. Some browsers also display other ways of indicating this i.e. a lock or a highlighted script in the address bar.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card or Paypal both are highly secured . You can choose to register with them in order to keep your payment details secure or do a one-off transaction each time. You can use this same Paypal account for shopping securely on many other websites too. Please visit PAYPAL to learn more about this payment method.
How much are the delivery charges?
It depends on the method you choose during the checkout. We have a standard post, or courier service.
Standard post and Courier fees are displayed during the checkout process. These rates may change, but will always be reflected in the ordering process.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an order confirmation from "The EyePatch" to the email you used to register or defined on order placement. This will outline what you have ordered and to what delivery address and also a link to view your order online. If this is wrong, please contact us immediately on 1300 657720 or e-mail orders@eyepatch.com.au. At this stage your order is pending awaiting payment confirmation.
What happens after I pay for my order?
"The EyePatch" will receive a payment confirmation and your order will then be prepared and dispatched.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the shipping method, most orders are received within two to three days. Delays in shipment through Australia Post are out of our hands.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
Please call 1300 657720 and we will confirm shipment date and depending on the shipping method we can trace the order.
